Pricing & billing
What’s included in Growth vs Fleet?
Growth (€29/month) covers up to 50 vehicles and up to 8 people: ID and licence scanning, OTP contracts, damage photos, Stripe deposits, branches, roles, a marketplace listing, and priority support for the first 3 months. Fleet (€79/month) adds unlimited vehicles, an unlimited team, and priority support. A branded booking website on your own domain arrives in April 2027 and is not included yet.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. You subscribe, complete checkout, and can start configuring your company right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel whenever you want. Cancel anytime is also shown at checkout.
How does Stripe billing work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. After a successful payment you can download your Stripe invoice or receipt from the checkout success screen.
Marketplace
Is the marketplace listing really included on every plan?
Yes. Marketplace listing is included on every paid plan — there is no extra fee for appearing on the Benwer marketplace website. You can turn marketplace visibility off later in company settings if you prefer.
Does listing guarantee bookings?
No. Listing puts your live fleet in front of people searching in Málaga, but bookings still depend on your prices, availability, and confirmation. Listing does not guarantee requests or rentals.
Where do marketplace booking requests go?
Requests arrive in your admin (web or mobile). You confirm them there, and availability updates on the marketplace.
Setup & website
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators can subscribe and start setup in minutes. Add vehicles, rates, and availability in admin. The marketplace listing comes from that inventory. A booking website on your domain arrives in April 2027.
Do I need my own domain?
Not today. A branded booking website on your own domain arrives in April 2027. You can run the counter from the admin and the mobile app without it.
What if I already have a website?
You can keep your current website. Benwer runs the counter — documents, contracts, damage photos, and deposits — whether or not you have a booking site. A branded site on your domain arrives in April 2027.
Day-to-day operations
Is there a mobile admin app?
Yes. The same live admin works on the web and Android (iOS coming soon) — confirm bookings, update fleet status, and stay in sync from the airport or a pickup.
Can my team use Benwer?
Yes. Multi-user access with roles is included so staff can handle pickups and bookings without sharing one login.
How do you avoid double-bookings?
Availability is managed from one admin. When a car is booked or returned, the marketplace updates from the same inventory. The booking website on your domain will use that same inventory when it arrives in April 2027.
Can I charge airport pickup or hotel delivery fees?
Yes. Turn on Locations & fees in settings to add airport surcharges, delivery zones by postcode, out-of-hours fees, and one-way return charges. Fees appear in the reservation summary and online quote before the customer confirms.
Do customers see location fees before booking?
On the marketplace, the customer sees the price including location fees before confirming, when the feature is on. The booking website on your domain will show the same when it is available, in April 2027.
